Duliu Lao Cu, also known as Duliu Aged Vinegar, is produced in Duliu Town, Jinghai district, Tianjin, which is how it got its name. It is one of China's three traditional famous vinegars, along with Shanxi Mature Vinegar and Zhenjiang Rice Vinegar. It was first created during the Ming Dynasty's Yongle era and was a tribute product for the imperial court during the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty. This product selects high-quality ingredients such as premium glutinous rice, red sorghum, peas, and wheat. Traditional special fermentation methods and recipes are used for solid fermentation, which goes through two maturation processes and three years of natural sun-drying to become "three-generation aged vinegar." Duliu Aged Vinegar has a dark red color, pure fragrance and taste, a balanced sweet and sour flavor, and a rich aftertaste. It can be stored for a long time without getting moldy. It contains high levels of protein, as well as vitamin E, A, B1, B2, and trace elements such as magnesium, copper, and manganese, and has certain health benefits. Duliuh Aged Vinegar is a nutritious and beneficial seasoning for human health. This product is a Tianjin municipal quality product and has won awards at domestic food expos, agricultural expos, and tourism shopping festivals. It is also exported to Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
