Jinghai district moved up to second place on the Tianjin 2022 business environment index, which is seven places higher than its 2020 and 2021 ranking.
In 2022, Jinghai further intensified its efforts to improve its business environment and deepen reform, in a bid to streamline administration and delegate power, improve regulation and upgrade services.
Jinghai ranked in the top three in Tianjin in terms of property registration, the supervision of the labor market, and the supply of gas and water. Meanwhile, its other four indicators in the fields of electricity, business registration, taxation and government services were in the middle level.
As part of a pilot scheme, Jinghai became the first place in Tianjin to allow enterprises to submit their registration materials to nearby registry agencies and undertake their registration application at different sites.
The Jinghai Administration for Market Regulation also rolled out a reform for self-employed businesses to access government services across the district, in order to create new growth momentum for local economic and social development.
The Jinghai People's Procuratorate handled the city's first case on corporate compliance regulations in a drive to help relevant enterprise get reborn.
The Jinghai Government Services Center adopted a comprehensive approval mechanism for 753 specific items of administrative services to further raise its working efficiency.
