Tianjin Kaihua Insulating Materials, as an enterprise located in Dongli Economic and Technological Development Zone, is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of electronic component packaging materials, with an annual output of 3,000 tons. In 2014, it was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. In July 2021, it was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the third batch of national "little giant" enterprises.

As an important carrier of Tianjin's advanced manufacturing R&D base, in recent years, Dongli district has followed the path of green and high-quality development, accelerated the region’s industrial transformation, and gathered a large number of national high-tech enterprises, "specialized and new" enterprises, and enterprises in the manufacturing industry. The added value of its strategic emerging industries and high-tech (manufacturing) industries has maintained rapid growth, with six major industries, including in high-end equipment, new generation automobiles, biomedicine, and the aerospace industry, accounting for more than 90% of local industries.

Dongli district will continue to strengthen the cultivation and support of local enterprises, and drive the sustainable and healthy development of the region's economy.
