On Nov 10, the Dongli People's Government and China Construction Bank (CCB) Tianjin Branch signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement. Xie Yuan, secretary of CPC Dongli district committee, and Wu Yiqiang, secretary of CPC China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch Committee and president of CCB Tianjin Branch, delivered a speech at the signing ceremony. Jia Di, deputy secretary of CPC Dongli district committee also attended the ceremony.
Yan Feng, member of the CPC Dongli Standing Committee and deputy head of Dongli district; and Liu Liqun, member of the CPC China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch Committee and vice president of CCB Tianjin Branch, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties.

According to the agreement, based on the principal of “resources sharing, long-term cooperation, and joint development”, both parties will focus on the construction of the science and innovation green valley and a new urban area. They will strive to build a modern industrial system that promotes high-end equipment, new material and aerospace industries, constantly improving the capacity to serve the economy, and creating a better financial environment.
Xie Yuan pointed out that the signing of the agreement is a strategic move to deepen cooperation between the two parties, and also a measure to boost regional economic development. Two sides will take this opportunity to continue to deepen in-depth cooperation in various fields and jointly achieve a higher level of win-win cooperation.
Wu Yiqiang said the Dongli district has regional advantages and huge development potential. Next, the CCB Tianjin Branch will continue to give play to its resource advantages, provide all-round comprehensive financial services, create a better business environment, and provide a strong guarantee for Dongli to comprehensively build a scientific and innovative green valley and a new urban area.
