The 2022 subsidies issuing ceremony of "Love supports dreams" charity was recently held in Dongli. Twenty-four students received a total of 60,000 yuan (about $8,700) in education subsidies.

This year, a total of 24 students in Dongli district met the funding conditions. They include nine students who reached the special enrollment standards and 15 who admitted to other full-time universities. Four students were admitted to the “Double First-Class” university and Project 211 universities. In addition to providing a one-time subsidy of 5,000 yuan to each student who reaches the special enrollment standards, this charity also provides students who admit to other full-time universities a one-time subsidy of 1,000 yuan. The fund is donated by the municipal and district level charity associations and the New Tianjin Steel Group.
After the issuing ceremony, the students and their parents visited the AAA level industrial tourism scenic spot of New Tianjin Steel Group, and learned about ecological and environmental protection. The representatives of the students and their parents made a speech to express their gratitude.
