On Aug 19, the signing ceremony for the Dongli ice sports centers agreement was held. The Land Consolidation Center of Dongli district, Donglihu community office and the representative of Sports Class (Beijing) Sports Development Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement.

The total investment of Dongli ice sports centers project is 100 million yuan (about $15 million). It has one comprehensive center with a building area of 4,400 square meters, two ice sports centers with a building area of 6,000 square meters, and one supporting service center with a building area of 1,500 square meters.
These buildings are equipped with advanced air systems to meet the needs of constant temperature and humidity, air purification, disinfection and sterilization. The sports center will cover indoor games such as basketball, badminton, table tennis and other sports to meet the needs of residents. The sport centers have laid a solid foundation for driving the integration and vigorous development of regional cultural, sports and tourism industries.
With the holding of events such as the bicycle competition in Jinghang (Beijing-Hangzhou) Grand Canal area, the national fitness walking activity and other events, the sports and fitness brands of Dongli have obtained outstanding reputation, which makes the district a good place for recreation.
