Lecturer shares the knowledge of the flora and fauna in the Eco-city.

An activity "Get to Know the Nature Around Us –2024 Earth Hour Parent-child Fun Interactive Party" was held in Binhai New Area, Tianjin, on March 23.

The activity was launched by Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (SSTEC), the master developer of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.

The event was held to promote public awareness of the serious impacts on Earth of the current global climate change and the continuous decline in biodiversity, which calls on everyone to protect the natural ecosystem and build a nature-positive and carbon-neutral future together.

Earth Hour is a global environmental initiative by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) against global climate change, aiming to inspire the public's sense of responsibility to protect Earth and call for global action to combat climate warming.

SSTEC switches off non-essential lights and electrical appliances.

A lecturer in the field of environment was invited to introduce the flora and fauna in the Eco-City and how to protect them in daily life.

In addition, relaxing and interesting parent-child interactive games were organized to help participants expand their ecological knowledge and enhance their environmental awareness.

As the Eco-City's master developer and a strong supporter of sustainable development, SSTEC participated in the Earth Hour movement for the 13th time this year.

SSTEC also switched off non-essential lights and electrical appliances and called on staff and their families to turn off all non-essential lights and appliances in offices and homes.
