The 2023 Haihe forum of information technology application innovation was held in Binhai New Area on Dec 27, seeing the participation of over 300 representatives from local government departments, leading enterprises and relevant academic communities.

Lian Maojun, standing committee member of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee and secretary of the CPC Binhai New Area Committee, and Gong Ke, director of Haihe Laboratory of Information Technology Application Innovation, attended the forum and delivered speeches.

During his speech, Gong Ke introduced the high-level and original scientific research achievements that the laboratory has made since its establishment.

Gong highlighted that the "Tianjin Adaptation and Certification Center for Information Technology Application Innovation", which was unveiled during the event, serves as an opportunity for Haihe Laboratory of Information Technology Application Innovation to support the high-quality collaborative development of the industry. The laboratory will continue to shoulder the responsibility of enhancing the innovative capabilities of Tianjin's information technology application industry and promote the upgrading of the industrial chain to a higher level.

During the forum, the award ceremony for the 2023 China (Tianjin) Industrial APP Innovative Application Competition was also held.

This competition has been successfully held for six years and has become the longest-running, largest-scale, and most influential event in the field of industrial technology software in China. It serves as an important force in promoting the innovation and development of the industrial Internet and the digital transformation of enterprises. After the final selection, a total of three first prizes, seven second prizes, and 11 third prizes were awarded.

In addition, this forum has also witnessed the signing of agreements among Haihe Laboratory of Information Technology Application Innovation, China Telecom Tianjin Branch, China Unicom Tianjin Branch, Troila Technology and Sugon; the launch of products from the laboratory; as well as keynote speeches given by experts on cutting-edge topics in the field of information technology.
