The 2nd China (Tianjin) Used Auto Export Exhibition (Dubai, Egypt) was launched on Nov 3 in Tianjin Free Trade Zone, Binhai New Area. The exhibition was beamed simultaneously via video in Dubai Automobile Free Trade Zone, and the China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone.

Since Binhai New Area was selected to conduct the second car business in 2019, it has created new export models among other pilot efforts.

Its 10 certified companies have exported a total of 2,982 cars worth $70.05 million, forming a hub of the business in Northern China.

In 2021, to improve the export car maintenance system, local authorities teamed up with companies to launch the first overseas export fair. With closer access to select  markets, the exhibited cars were sold out, and an additional 600 units were delivered.

This year witnessed the participation of Tianjin companies as well as used car export companies from Shanghai, Sichuan, Shanxi and Shandong provinces. The models, including the popular series of Volkswagen, Ford, and Hongqi, are expected in the top 100. The fair will last a month and   explore the demand  of the overseas market. The fair has promoted the business in Tianjin.
