A conference highlighting the PKS computing system, co-hosted by the local government and China Electronic Corporation (CEC), was held in Tianjin on Dec 24.

The event aims to showcase the development strategy and achievements of the safe, advanced and green PKS, an autonomous computing system.

The guests explored strategic decisions, technical routes, and solutions for the development of China's independent computing industry.

They proposed to establish a safe and advanced green computing industry ecosystem driven by strategy, independent innovation, equal cooperation and healthy development, and promote  the industry to release a batch of innovative results.

At the conference, Tianjin released the construction plan and nine supporting policies of China Xinchuang Valley, an IT application innovation industry valley located in Tianjin.

Tianjin Binhai New Area signed a framework agreement for the establishment of China Xinchuang Valley with enterprises including CEC, JD.com and Yonyou.

The conference set up more than 1,000 online branch venues across the country, with a total of over 100,000 people attending the conference.
