Shijiazhuang Slichem Display Material Co., Ltd.

Shijiazhuang Slichem Display Material Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengzhi Co., Ltd., under Tsinghua Holdings, with 31 other high-tech enterprises has been included in the first group of leading scientific and technological companies in Hebei province by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The designation was made after the public supervision period ended on Aug 13 in accordance with the Administrative Measures for the Recognition of Leading Scientific and Technological Enterprises in Hebei Province (Trial).

For the first time, the local government listed the provincial-level technology leaders in an attempt to accelerate high-quality industrial development.    

Slichem was the first company engaged in production of liquid crystal materials in China.

Based on more than 30 years of advanced technology and  experience of Tsinghua University in the field of liquid crystal materials, Slichem pioneered localization of such materials in China, for which “Slichem” is now an independent home-made brand.

To adapt to the trend of technology development, Slichem has further expanded its business from liquid crystal materials to related display materials, and has been actively engaged in the forefront technologies and product development of non-display materials including PDLC, and OLED materials and other display chemicals.
