Lei Lin is now the vice-president of Tsinghua Holdings Co Ltd, president of Tsinghua Holdings Assets Management Co Ltd. He has been taken the positions as director of some listed companies and financial companies such as Tsinghua Tongfang Co Ltd, Tus-Holdings Co Ltd and Zhongrong Life Insurance Co ltd. 

As the president of Tsinghua Holdings Assets Management Co Ltd, Lei Lin set up the capital operation platform of Tsinghua industry, and the business building of a full-range fund management business, including mother fund, M&A fund, PE fund, mezzanine fund, industrial investment fund and securities investment fund. 

Since he joined TusPark Venture, he has played a key role in over 100 investment projects, some of which such as Spreadtrum Communications Inc and Sumavision Technologies Co Ltd were listed at NASDAQ in America and the second-board market of China. In 2011, TusPark Venture was selected as one of the Top 10 Early-stage Investment Venture Organizations in China. 

Lin received his bachelor's, master's and PhD's degrees from the Department of Automation in Tsinghua University. He was engaging in the post-doctoral studies on finance and investment from 2003 to 2005 in Tsinghua University, and is always actively involving in the entrepreneurship education and professionals cultivation in the university. He is invited as an entrepreneurship mentor for the students of Tsinghua University, as well as an angel investor of Tsinghua x-lab. One of his optional courses opened to the postgraduate students in Tsinghua University was granted "Excellent Postgraduate Courses" in 2012.
