Wu Xu is the vice chairman of Tus-Holdings Co Ltd, chairman and president of Sincere Real Estate Holdings Co Ltd, chairman of Tus Sincere Science and Technology City Group, a Standing Committee member of Chongqing Municipal Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and vice chairman of Chongqing Municipal Association of Industry and Commerce.

Wu received a MBA degree from Chongqing University in 2001. He graduated from the CEO education program of China Europe International Business School in 2007 and currently studies in the Global Finance GFD program of the PBC School of Finance (PBCSF), Tsinghua University.

He was the chief engineer of Chongqing Building Management Station from 1982 to 1991 and the deputy executive general-manager of China Chongqing International Corp for Econ & Tech Cooperation during 1992-1994. He holds the positions of chairman and president of Sincere Group since he founded the group in 1994.
