Entrepreneurship 101: Who is Your Customer?
This course was developed by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). A total of 25,600 companies founded by MIT alumni have generated revenue of $2 trillion and provided 3.3 million jobs.
The course uses case studies based on these MIT entrepreneurs' companies to give students a better understanding of how to identify their potential customers using creative and technological methods, why they want to buy your products, and how to reach, interview, and choose the right target.
