TusPark (Songjiang district, Shanghai) was set up by Tus-Holdings, the Zhongshan Industrial Park in Shanghai’s Songjiang Industrial Park, and a company in the city’s Caohejing Development Zone in May 2015.

The first phase of the park includes 23 buildings with a total floorage of more than 70,000 square meters for research and development centers or business headquarters. About 17.3 hectares will be developed in the second phase.

As a sci-tech innovation park with local government support, the park will enjoy all the preferential policies of the Caohejing Development Zone and Zhangjiang Software Park.
