The incubation base is located in the Tianxin district of Changsha, Hunan province. It was co-founded by the Tus-S&T Service Group, Unisplendour Guhan Group, Beijing TusPark, the national advertisement industrial park in Changsha, and a cultural innovation development company in the province.

With a floorage of 14,750 square meters, it focuses on the incubation and development of industries involving health care and Internet, and is seeking projects and entrepreneurial teams in that field.

It also provides instructions and angel funds to facilitate startups’ rapid growth.
