The Virtue Inno Vally, located on the 8th floor of Tower A of Dinghao Electronic Plaza, began operations in 2012. It offers a business incubation platform, one-to-one instructions on entrepreneurship and professional services in investment and financing.

The valley has set up a platform for angel investors to give startups financial support through various channels like direct investment, follow-up investment and trusted incubation services. About 200 early stage entrepreneurial teams have benefited from the platform since 2012.
