Exhibition sector takes road to recovery

More signals that the exhibition sector is rebounding in Xiamen city – located in East China's Fujian province – were on show at the 30th Xiamen S-win Home Furnishing Industry Exhibition and Daily Necessities Exhibition, which was held on June 17-19.

The 2022 Xiamen E-commerce New Channel Expo and Internet Celebrity Selection Conference was held at the same time.

Since June 1, Xiamen has held several major exhibitions and more will be held successively in the upcoming year. As a result, the city's conventions and exhibitions industry is expecting to make a robust and accelerating recovery.

The S-win Home Furnishing Industry Exhibition and Daily Necessities Exhibition, which serves manufacturers and suppliers in the household products industry, has been held in Xiamen for three consecutive years.

This year's exhibition covered a total area of 160,000 square meters, bringing together more than 3,000 exhibitors, including top 30 leading industrial brands and listed companies. Through its integration of on-site and online functionality, the exhibition met the needs of different exhibitors in all spheres of business.

Xiamen will hold the 2022 Xiamen International Buddhist Items and Crafts Fair (Spring Edition) and the Xiamen International Tea Industry Fair (Spring Edition) on June 23-27.

In the upcoming months the city will also roll out the 18th China International Logistics Week, the 2022 Xiamen Industrial Exposition, the 22nd Xiamen International Stone Exhibition, the 22nd China International Fair for Investment and Trade, the China Livestreaming E-commerce Industry Conference and other major exhibitions.
