Xiamen will also increase the amount and quality of commercial circulation by implementing measures such as strengthening and expanding the supply chain's core, boosting supply chain innovation and application, and speeding up the commercial circulation system's development.

The city also intends to boost innovative foreign trade development through measures such as accelerating new forms of cross-border e-commerce and promoting supply chain cooperation under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement, as well as boosting integrated domestic and foreign trade development.

Xiamen will build new working mechanisms, use innovative approaches to attract investment, and form an investment attraction team in order to attract more enterprises.
