Xiamen boosts festive consumption during Lantern Festival

Xiamen in Fujian province held consumption promotion events for the Lantern Festival, which fell on Feb 15, in consumption venues like shopping malls, supermarkets, and convenience stores to boost consumption in sectors like commodities, automobiles, and home appliances.
Consumers were offered free movie tickets, shopping discounts, and other promotions at the Rainbow shopping mall, for example.
To boost consumption, a variety of magnificent parades and exhibitions were conducted in Xiamen commercial complexes.
For example, a folk culture festival was hosted at the Life Space commercial complex, which featured folk acts, singing, dancing, acrobatics, and traditional operas.
