Matchmaking talks promote Belt and Road Initiative

The "Belt and Road" Cross-Border E-Commerce Matchmaking Talks were held at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center on September 7.

The Talks were hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Organizing Committee of Xiamen International Fair for Investment and Trade, co-hosted by the World Trade Centers Association. More than 200 corporations and organizations attended the talks. Foreign corporations included Amazon, Google and Otto Group, and the domestic companies included Alibaba Group and LITB. Representatives from World Trade Centers Association and China-Britain Business Council also attended.

The Matchmaking Talks, following the “One Belt One Road” initiative, provided a chance for Chinese corporations to bring in high-quality resources and deepen their understanding of the E-commerce market in the Silk Road Economic Belt and Maritime Silk Road area.
