Haicang maximizes promotional opportunity at CIFIT
Haicang district in Xiamen has booked two booths to show off its industrial strength at the 2015 China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT), which will open on Sept 8 in Xiamen, Fujian province.
One stand has been set up at the special exhibition area for development zones within China. Haicang's achievements over the last two decades will be presented to visitors at the site through texts, pictures and video images. The other will display Haicang's advantages in advanced manufacturing and the modern service sector.
The district government said that the 2015 CIFIT might be capable to bring 58 investment projects to Haicang; 14 based on foreign investment and 44 based on domestic financing.
Haicang has developed industrial strengths in the form of information service, digital technology, robotics technology, biological medicine and electronic commerce.
The district is home to Haicang Bonded Port, which is an integral part of the Xiamen free trade zone.
