Subordinate to China Poly Group Corporation, and formerly known as Poly Culture and Arts Co Ltd founded in February 2000, Poly Culture Group finished its shareholding reform in December 2010. The Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 6, 2014 under stock code O3636.

The Poly Culture Group is listed on the Hong Kong capital market on March 6, 2014.

With a strategy of “channels plus contents”, since its establishment the Group has kept expanding its theater and cinema chains and its art sales network, while in the meantime enhancing its contents production including operas and other works of art.

In 2004, Poly Culture Group was named as a “cultural creative industry demonstration base”, and in 2011, it was listed among the “Top 10 influential national cultural creative industry demonstration bases” by the Ministry of Culture. The Group was included in “Top 30 cultural enterprises” for six successive years from 2008 to 2014.
