Peng Wen
Peng Wen is the deputy director-general of the IP Utilization Promotion Department of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
A graduate of Wuhan University, Peng joined the Trademark Office in 1997. He has worked in various departments, including examination, objection handling, and review. In 2022, he was transferred to the IP Utilization Promotion Department of CNIPA.
Throughout his career, Peng has been extensively involved in the examination and administrative management of intellectual property. With a solid foundation in policy theories and rich experience in administrative management, he has participated in the research, formulation, and implementation of several major policies and regulations. These initiatives have promoted innovation in IP management, the utilization of IP, the service industry, and supervision, leading to a series of fruitful explorations.
