Carsten Fink
Carsten Fink is the chief economist of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Previously, Fink was a professor of International Economics at the University of St. Gallen. He also held positions as a visiting professor at the Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris, a visiting senior fellow at the Group d'Economie Mondiale, a research institute at Sciences Po. Fink also worked for more than 10 years at the World Bank. He holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Heidelberg in Germany and a Master of Science in economics from the University of Oregon in the United States.
