David Muls is the senior director of the Madrid Registry in the Brands and Designs Sector at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Muls holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University in the United States. He joined WIPO in 2009 and has worked in various departments, including the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and the Madrid systems. Since 2018, he has been serving as the senior director of the Madrid Registry.
