The Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration demonstrated its commitment to excellence in providing intellectual property service guarantees during the seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE), which opened on Nov 5.
During a mobilization meeting on Nov 4, Yu Chen, deputy director general of the administration, emphasized the importance of top-tier intellectual property services to ensure a safe, exciting, and successful event.
The meeting highlighted the need to learn from past experiences, enhance service quality in areas like complaint handling and legal support, and protect the rights of exhibitors and IP holders.
Coordination, training, and proactive engagement were stressed for all departments involved. Media outreach to showcase Shanghai's IP protection efforts was also emphasized. Officials shared insights, while youth representatives discussed their service experiences.
