On July 18, the Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Administration organized the acceptance review of all city-level trademark and brand innovation bases and entrepreneurship bases.

Fengjing Industrial Park and Shibei High-tech Park successfully passed the review. Over the two-year review period, both bases strengthened trademark and brand platform construction, established sound trademark and brand management systems, and actively supported enterprises in improving their trademark and brand quality as well as their application capabilities.

Between 2022 and 2023, Fengjing Industrial Park saw a 7 percent annual growth in trademark registrations. It established a comprehensive trademark and brand service mechanism and accurately addressed the needs of enterprises through intellectual property services.

Over 95 percent of resident enterprises were satisfied with the park's trademark and brand services, and 91 percent believed that the park's efforts in base construction promotion helped their development.

In 2023, Shibei High-tech Park's trademark registrations increased by 22 percent compared to 2021. The park annually identifies key cultivation enterprises and provides them with personalized services.

It introduced trademark guidance officers and enterprise liaison officers to offer "one-on-one" assistance and special counseling for its resident enterprises. In 2023 alone, over 500 companies visits were organized, and more than 10 related events were held within two years. The park also provided specialized training sessions on intellectual property and the full-life-cycle of financial services.
