Shanghai IP Administration holds talks with Moscow Agency of Creative Industries

A delegation from the Moscow Agency of Creative Industries (ACI) visited the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA) in Shanghai on July 19, and the two sides discussed cooperation opportunities.

Yu Chen, deputy director general of the SIPA, said that the SIPA has been actively participating in international cooperation. It hopes to enhance communication with entities like the ACI to better serve market players in the creative industry and build a world-class, law-based business environment.

He added that Shanghai is an important area for Sino-Russian cooperation, serving as a vital gateway for economic, technological, and cultural exchanges between the two countries.

Gulnara Agamova, CEO of the ACI, acknowledged Shanghai's dynamic environment for the development of creative industries and its rich culture. She introduced the work of the ACI and expressed a desire to strengthen cooperation with the SIPA in intellectual property, culture, and creativity.
