Siemens Healthineers delegation visits Shanghai IP authority

A delegation from Siemens Healthineers, a leading global medical technology company, visited the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA) on Oct 11 and exchanged views with its officials on IP issues.
The delegation was led by Dagmar Mundani, general counsel, and Markus Simon, head of IP department, of Siemens Healthineers. They were received by Yu Chen, deputy director general of SIPA.
Yu briefed the guests on the main functions, achievements and policies of SIPA, and said that his administration will always listen to the feedback and suggestions of enterprises on IP work and provide professional services for them.
The delegation introduced the global business and IP protection situation of Siemens Healthineers. They thanked SIPA for its guidance and support, and spoke highly of the business environment and IP environment in Shanghai. They also said that the company will further enhance its innovation capability and contribute to Shanghai's efforts to build an international hub for IP protection.
The two sides also discussed issues such as data IP registration and IP business environment construction.
