Marriott International opened its first Chinese property under the global hotelier's Tribute Portfolio brand on Jan 3.
The hotel, formerly named Le Méridien Shanghai, is located at the Sheshan National Tourist Resort about 46 kilometers from downtown Shanghai.
The Sheshan National Tourist Resort is distinct for its mountains and surrounding rivers and lakes, both of natural and cultural significance.
Located at the foot of Sheshan Mountain by the shore of Shanghai's largest lake, Yuehu Lake, the newly upgraded Yuluxe Sheshan is expected to be a charming venue that will attract guests from all over the world.
