Guangfulin Relic Park, located in the south of the Sheshan National Tourist Resort, is under construction and is expected to be finished in 2016.

Guangfulin Relics is a municipal site featuring the ancient culture of Shanghai. In 1975, prehistoric cultural relics were excavated in Guangfulin; and several explorations and excavations have been carried out in that same area of 15,000 square meters in Guangfulin since 1961.

Yuning, deputy District Director of Songjiang District, Shanghai, said that Guangfulin Relic Park is planned on being finished by the end of 2016. There will be about 20 theme museums in the relic park, as well as hotels and dining facilities which will soon be built. The history and culture pavilion to be built in the relic park will take tourists on a wander through 6000-years of history and show them both the history and the future within a 1 hour visit through three-dimensional presentation techniques.

Guangfulin Relic Park is built not just to be a store in which we put the pavilions together, but a systematic project of cultural innovation to show people our long history and the bright future.
