On April 28, the Youth League of Chenshan Botanical Garden launched a "Donation Day" initiative to promote a caring spirit.
The initiative got a positive response from Youth League members, including those who are not rich, who generously donated as much as they could. They hope that this charity event could encourage more people to help others and create an atmosphere of mutual assistance.
On a voluntary basis, in just two hours, a total of 2012 yuan ($321) had been raised from 77 members.
