On the morning of April 16, over a hundred of model workers visited Chenshan Botanical Garden under the organization of the Shanghai General Union.
The garden management attached great importance to this event, and sent guides to take the visitors around. Mei Zhigang, Park, chairman of the Chenshan Botanical Garden union, welcomed visitors in the Information hall, and briefed them on Chenshan Botanical Garden.
During the visit, the model workers praised the garden's work and showed their gratitude to the union for organizing this event. They also pledged that they would continue to act as role models.
The half-day visit wrapped up in a cheerful atmosphere. Through this event, not only were the model workers able to relaxe, but they also created a good atmosphere and showed themselves to be caring model workers in the city.
