On the morning of April 13, more than 2,000 runners gathered at Chenshan Botanical Garden in Shanghai to participate in the eco-run, which was jointly organized by Chenshan Botanical Garden and Xinmin Evenings.
The running event is a major part of the second Shanghai International Orchid Show. Miss World Football Sun Wen, "Asian Butterfly King" Zheng Jian, and China's first diving world champion Shi Meiqin led the running.
Shanghai Mobile, China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Shanghai branch, Tera Wellingness Club, Danish Crown cookies, Coca-Cola, "First Response" Rescue Team and other organizations sponsored the event.
A series of running activities organized by Chenshan Botanical Garden has become a well-known sports brand and achieved a wide range of social benefits.
