The Shanxi Provincial Administrative Approval Service Management Bureau hosted a promotional event in Taiyuan on Dec 16, showcasing the achievements of "Sanjintong", a provincial integrated mobile government service platform. The event highlighted the platform's construction milestones and unveiled plans for intelligent upgrades and user feedback initiatives.

Since its relaunch in 2023, "Sanjintong" has adhered to a user-centric approach, thoroughly integrating "Internet + Government Services" to establish a one-stop mobile service hub. This platform has become a crucial pillar in building a digital government, optimizing the business environment, and enhancing the convenience of public services.

To date, "Sanjintong" has integrated data from 33 government departments and launched 3,500 public service items. It covers 14 thematic zones and 11 municipal flagship stores, offering 25 high-frequency "one-stop services" and various public welfare services like childcare subsidy applications. Operational data reveals that the platform has over 31 million registered users, with total service interactions exceeding 150 million.

In collaboration with the Shanxi branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the management bureau has pioneered a "Government + Finance" model. This initiative has established 53 service outlets across 11 cities, achieving the full coverage of government services at the grassroots level.

Looking ahead, "Sanjintong" aims to expand integrated service scenarios and enable more services to be completed without any in-person visits. The platform plans to incorporate advanced AI models to enhance smart customer services, improve intelligent guidance, and explore personalized services.
