Honeywell's special salon dialogue on the prospects of international cooperation in sustainable aviation fuel technology was held in Taiyuan, North China's Shanxi province, on Feb 25.

Organized by the Department of Commerce of Shanxi Province, the event will promote the province's opening-up, attract foreign investment and spur high-quality development. It also marks the establishment of a key platform for public services related to foreign investment in Shanxi.

Representatives of over 30 local enterprises in the energy, steel, and financial sectors joined Honeywell to discuss the technology and cooperation prospects of sustainable aviation fuel projects. Experts provided insights into industry policies, while officials from various municipal commerce departments delivered speeches. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on policies, technological innovation, market demands, and cooperation models.

This is the first of 12 special salon events Shanxi plans to hold in 2025. The goal is to create a dialogue platform for Fortune Global 500 companies, multinational corporations, international think tanks, various levels of government and relevant enterprises in Shanxi, fostering cooperation and promoting foreign investment.
