The Foreign Affairs Service Center of Jinzhong city, the people's associations for friendship with foreign countries in Yangquan, Linfen, and Yuncheng cities each signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Utah-Shanxi Association for Friendship, Cooperation and Exchange on Nov 27 in North China's Shanxi province. 

On the same day, an unveiling ceremony of the "Family Culture" International Youth Study Base and the demonstration site of the Shanxi (Linfen)-Utah Community Health Management and Care Training for Disabled People Project was held. 

In recent years, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanxi Provincial Government has promoted exchanges and cooperation between relevant cities in the province and the United States. 

Linfen and Yuncheng have carried out a series of exchanges and interactions with Utah State.
