The 6th Shanxi Cultural Industries Fair that is now underway in Taiyuan, capital of North China's Shanxi province, has for the first time set up a special zone for countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

This year's fair has invited exhibitors from countries such as Afghanistan, India, Vietnam, Nepal, and Iran. They will showcase their finest cultural creative products, such as hand-woven carpets, stone crafts, African drums, shea butter oil, Vietnamese agarwood, and Nepalese Thangka paintings.

The fair is taking place at the Shanxi Xiaohe International Convention Center from Oct 19 to 23. Taiyuan is providing free shuttle buses to the venue, ensuring convenient transportation for visitors.
