There were thrills and spills as the 2019 Shanxi Tae Kwon Do Championship quite literally kicked off in Yuncheng city on July 3. 

More than 340 athletes from 11 cities across Shanxi province took part in the championship, which was also a test of the city’s preparations for the upcoming 2nd National Youth Games. 

The championship ran to July 5.
