The Jincheng city section of the torch relay for the 2nd National Youth Games started in local Qinshui county on May 26, following torch relays in Linfen and Yuncheng cities. 

The torch relay in Jincheng will pass 35 kilometers through local urban areas, as well as six counties and districts. It will last for seven days, with 350 torchbearers participating in the relay.

Jincheng city will host the fencing, swimming, shooting and race events of the 2nd National Youth Games which open in Shanxi province in August.
