Hiking mountains for blessings has become a popular custom on the Double Ninth Festival, a celebration held on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month to pay homage to senior family members and ancestors. This year's Double Ninth Festival falls on Oct 14. Here are some recommended mountains for hiking in Yantai.

1. Yantai Mountain Scenic Area
