The Qingdao Tourism Group has officially introduced the city's first pet-friendly pier and dedicated cruise route at the Jimiya Fisherman's Wharf in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA). This new addition to the "travel Qingdao from the sea" brand addresses the demand for personalized cultural tourism, allowing pet owners to travel with their companion animals.

Departing from the Jimiya Fisherman's Wharf, the charming Tangdao Bay cruise takes passengers and their pets on a scenic coastal voyage. The specialized route offers unique vantage points that are typically viewed from the shore. Travelers can enjoy views of the island, migratory bird wetlands, and the rocky coastline of Yumingzui, and the distant, gentle skyline of the Qingdao WCNA.

To balance inclusion with safety, the group designed customized boarding protocols. Passengers with pets must adhere to the Qingdao Dog Management Regulations.
