The fourth China Marine Food Culture Festival and the 2026 Chinese
Ethnic Cuisine Culture Festival opened on May 15 in Qingdao West Coast
New Area, Shandong province, drawing food lovers and industry insiders
from across the country.
The three-day event, which ran through May 17, featured more than
220 enterprises, 360 brands, and over 1,100 products and pieces of
equipment. It combined marine cuisine with ethnic culinary traditions
through exhibitions, supply chain matchmaking, cooking competitions,

organizers.
Organizers aim to promote the integration of the marine economy,
cultural tourism, and ethnic unity while boosting consumer spending.
