The Shipping, Trade, and Finance Headquarters Tower project is a rapidly rising landmark in Qingdao's Fushan Bay area. Designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Foster+Partners in collaboration with a local design team, this 240-meter, 54-story tower will be delivered in 2027. It features a helipad and a total construction area of 118,000 square meters.
The prime location offers views of the sea to the south, Fushan Mountain to the north, May Fourth Square to the west, and the Olympic Sailing Center to the east, blending Qingdao's iconic scenery with a vibrant urban landscape.
The project emphasizes green technology with energy-efficient features like high-performance insulation and intelligent fresh air systems, reducing energy consumption while improving comfort.
Smart development is highlighted by Huawei's "HarmonyOS Smart Home" system, integrating AI-enabled smart home devices across all categories.
Security is bolstered by Uniview's AI vision technology, creating an intelligent security network with features like contactless access and abnormal behavior alerts. The project is driving intelligent buildings by incorporating the patented "intelligent building brain integration" product, which elevates BIM technology to a new level by integrating design, construction, IoT, and smart operations.
