Notably, the district has pioneered the provision of elderly care services by public hospitals and promoted the establishment of elderly cafeterias in local communities, ensuring convenient access to hygienic and nutritious meals for the elderly population.
Currently, Shinan district is home to a total of 587 health preservation and wellness establishments catering to medical care, elderly care, health preservation, and healthcare services.
