The culture and tourism bureau of Qingdao has recently unveiled a list of film and television shooting bases within the city, with four of them located in Shinan district.

Located near Fushan Bay and in close proximity to both May Fourth Square and Donghai Road, the Qingdao International Sailing Center has been selected as one of the "100 Qingdao Internet Celebrity Check-in Spots" for 2023, and lauded as "Asia's best Olympic venue" by international professionals.
