Places violinists visit in Shinan

As the first round of the Qingdao International Violin Competition is taking place in Qingdao, a group of violinists and judges got an opportunity to tour the city. On March 6, they visited Qingdao Haitian View & Art, the Catholic Church and Anna Villa.
Located at the Haitian Center, Qingdao Haitian View & Art boasts 80-stories of art centers and 81-stories of sightseeing halls. As a popular place in Qingdao, the venue showcases a panoramic view of Shinan's urban and natural landscapes.

The Catholic Church in Qingdao, commonly known as St. Michael's Church, boasts the largest Gothic-style structure in the city and is surrounded by two towers. There is a spectacular medieval-style window above the gate, which visitors can see before entering the church.

Anna Villa is a Baroque-style building that boasts a history of more than 120 years. Thanks to its romantic atmosphere created by decorations such as angel wings and walls covered with red roses, the villa is now an enchanting place for shutterbugs.

After their tour, violinists and judges returned to the Oceanwide Elite Hotel, which is a four-star hotel that offers accommodations, catering and entertainment. While enjoying the cozy environment, visitors can have a good view of the sea and a number of scenic spots, including Zhanqiao Pier and Small Qingdao Island.
