A Valentine's Day event took place at Anna Villa on Feb 14. At the event, a total of 99 couples gathered together to make solemn pledges of their endless love.

As a Baroque-style building that boasts a history of more than 120 years, Anna Villa has served as romantic destination for couples to register their marriages.

In the ancient building, which was decorated with red roses and angel wings, a series of love-themed activities were held while musicians played love songs.

At the event, couples received marriage certificates and blessings from civil affairs bureau of Shinan staff members.

At the end of the event, Li Xiaojie, the person in charge of Anna Villa, randomly chose a total of 33 couples and gave them coupons for romantic meals. Enterprises that attended the event also gave couples a great number of free gifts, such as marriage planning and family photo shooting services.
