The second edition of Qingdao Wedding Expo was held on Nov 27 at the Qingdao Haitian Hotel. Themed on "Chinese style" and "Nanyang style", the expo showcased a great number of gorgeous wedding dresses and attracted crowds of visitors to take pictures.

In recent years, the culture and tourism bureau of Shinan district has held many wedding culture weeks to promote Shinan's wedding-themed tourism brand and inject more energy into the cultural market, due to the district's rich natural and cultural resources. Shinan is thus becoming one of the most preferable destinations for wedding tourism in China.

In addition to presenting an impressive wedding show, the expo also gathered 16 marriage-related enterprises. They provided customers with high quality products and services at the lowest prices of the year and more than 100 orders were finalized, with a total sales amounting to about 2.6 million yuan ($360,000).

As the popularity of the wedding culture week continues to increase, more enterprises and customers are expected to grow throughout Qingdao's wedding culture and wedding tourism industry.
